Rebekka Freeman Terrell​
Chief Administrative Officer

Rebekka Freeman Terrell is the Chief Administrative Officer of Shelby County Government Criminal Court Clerk’s Office, 30th Judicial District.

 

Rebekka earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She then earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphrey School of Law. She practiced law in Memphis for several years before being appointed as the Chief Administrative Officer.

 

Rebekka is a Memphian By Choice. She is married and has a 13-year-old son. Early in the pandemic, the Terrells rescued a dog, Bennie. Rebekka enjoys reading, traveling, and attending Grizzlies games and University of Memphis Tigers basketball games with her family.
