Justin Kissell Named Shelby County Government Employee of the Quarter
Congratulations to Justin Kissell who was named Shelby County Government's Employee of the Quarter! A former journalist and educator, he brings strong communication skills, leadership, and courtroom expertise to his role. Since joining the Clerk’s Office in 2019, he has been promoted twice and is known for his professionalism, team spirit, and dedication to public service.
This honor puts him in the running for Employee of the Year.
