The Criminal Court Clerk’s Office will be closed on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, in observance of Veterans Day.
Regular business hours will resume on Wednesday, November 12, 2025.
We honor and thank all who have served our country, including the veterans within our own office, for their courage and dedication.

30th Community Expungement Clinic Brings Out Hundreds Seeking a Fresh Start
More than 300 people attended the Shelby County Criminal Court Clerk’s 30th Community Expungement Clinic this week, marking a powerful milestone in Clerk Heidi Kuhn’s ongoing commitment to second chances. Attendees connected with employers and resource organizations to begin the process of clearing eligible charges and moving forward with confidence.
We are grateful to every partner agency, and participant who helped make this event a success. Each clinic represents hope restored and opportunities renewed for our neighbors across Shelby County. The work continues.
